Project description: Restore and refurbish Mt. Hope cemetery. Research historical background of the people buried in the cemetery. Spray poison ivy and weeds to create safe working environment.  Remove all dead weeds and plants remove all cinder block. Apply clean fill, rake out and seed. Install new fence section along the road. Install concrete bench
